In order to improve our services, we’ve decided to modify a few terms and conditions :-
- Once an order is made, the specified item will be reserved for 2 days only. This is to provide the customer with sufficient time to bank in or arrange COD and at the same time, provide those on the waiting list with a faster chance.
- However, extension of reservation period may be considered, provided there is a valid reason.
- If no payment is made after 2 days, the reserved item will be offered to the next customer in waiting.
- Refunds or replacements are allowed for damaged goods that are reported within a week from the date of purchase.
- Refunds or replacements are only allowed if evidence of damage is provided (e.g. a photo).
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost incurred in the process of obtaining refund.
So, hopefully these new and improved T&C will make things better for both parties. It’s all about the Win-Win! ;)
